Cancellations are subject to a 20% consultation fee.  Appointments may be rescheduled at no additional charge. Payment plans available for those who qualify.  Payment is due at the time testing arrangements are made. In some cases, testing may be reimbursed by insurance.  Ask a counselor for details.
