If you:

• were ever diagnosed with another STD
• are not consistently using barrier methods of protection (i.e, condoms) with any untested partner
• are a woman over the age of 20 with one or more risk factors
• have had a new sexual partner within the past 60 days
• have had more than two sexual partners in the past six months
• are a sexually active female under the age of 20 (at least annually)
• are a woman who was ever diagnosed with a cervical infection
• are planning on becoming pregnant
